PUBLIC POLICY ENGAGEMENT

PH&S is uniquely positioned to address policy issues as they arise. PH&S works with its supporters, state Attorneys General, key Administration officials, the DOJ, FDA, USDA, the Department of the Treasury, and FinCEN to address policy challenges in a systematic manner. From a priority standpoint, we are focused on state attorneys general, federal agencies with regulatory responsibilities, and financial markets.

The result is the development and execution of a targeted, precise and focused strike plan to navigate the real-world conflict that arises for businesses operations between state-federal cannabis issues, federal agencies, hemp production, CBD regulation, and financial matters. The effort is based on sound reasoning, articulating a compelling case which resonates beyond the cannabis industry and sets key pathway to implementation of a revised cannabis policy directive.

PH&S also seeks out strategic collaborative efforts which broadens spheres of influence in a credible and proactive way. We are conveners of those individuals and organizations where the sum of the parts become more effective than individual efforts. The result? Actionable initiatives—dispute resolution—outcomes which navigate policy voids in the absence of Congressional action.
